The following terms and conditions apply to all deliveries from PureLeaf.dk
The terms are valid in cases where no other written agreements between you as buyer and PureLeaf.dk as the seller take place. PureLeaf.dk owns the copyright of all content and materials on this website, including images. It is not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, resubmit, download, display, send or transfer any part of the Website without the written permission of us. It is permitted to print or download pages for personal and non-commercial use. If you are in doubt about what is allowed, feel free to contact us with any questions.

The customer is responsible for the correct name, address and e-mail. You can pay with the following credit cards: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, American Express and MobilePay.
Payment will be deducted from your card balance upon shipment of goods.
All prices are in DKK and include VAT. Prices for foreign purchases are in Euro.
Pureleaf uses encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with NETS.
Pureleaf applies Danish law.
Pureleaf endeavours to ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day. Orders received after 12.00, will be shipped the following day. At the moment, we only offer shipping to Denmark, rest of Europe and the US. Pricing and conditions are listed below.
Pureleaf offers free delivery throughout Denmark.
Pureleaf arranges delivery through Post Danmark and DAO Shipping. Pureleaf cannot be held responsible for delays or errors caused by Post Danmark and DAO Shipping. In case of missing delivery, however, Pureleaf will naturally process a replacement shipment free of charge
Delivery in Denmark: 3-5 business days.
If you do not receive the ordered item within normal delivery, please contact us so that we can get the package requested from Post Danmark.
You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY FOR EUROPE & US
For international deliveries within Europe or the US, Pureleaf arranges delivery through GLS or PostNord (unless otherwise noted). GLS is responsible for the shipment from their receipt (through receipt or scanning) and until delivery. Delivery within Europe is 24 to 96 hours. GLS deliver during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery time for the US is on a case-by-case basis.
Delivery for Europe: 8 EUR.
Delivery for the US: 16 EUR.
The shipping costs may vary according to each country. The shipping cost for your country will display upon check-out.
You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at time of purchase.
You may return your purchase within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided that you return the goods in the same state and amount as received. Once we have received and approved the return, we will credit the purchase price to your account within 14 days. The customer covers the shipment cost for returns.
Cancellation requests shall be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, clearly indicating that you wish to exercise your cancellation rights. This shall be sent no later than 14 days after the purchase and the goods shall be shipped back within 14 days as well. You may not exercise your cancellation rights by refusing delivery without notifying us directly as well.
We only accept items in original packaging as returns, and they must be properly packed for shipment.
Conditions, besides the above mentioned, means that the goods will be considered used and no longer will be eligible for a refund.
If you wish to return a product, please purchase and print our return label here, fill it out, and attach it to the package. The cost of the return label is 29 DKK (For people in Europe €8 & For people in US €16).

Right of Complaint
Pureleaf offers two years right of complaint against defects according to EU regulations. This covers defects from components or manufacture discovered through normal use. The right of complaint does not cover defects, damage or wear caused directly or indirectly by incorrect use, poor maintenance, use of force or unauthorized repair. Complaints about defects, which should be discovered during normal inspection, must be reported to Pureleaf within reasonable time. The goods can then be returned for repair, replacement or, if agreed, for credit. Pureleaf will cover reasonable cost for returns due to approved defects.

Please note that we do not accept collect on delivery shipments. Goods can be delivered personally at our premises. To expedite the refund process, we request that returned goods contain sufficient information, such as order confirmation, any correspondence and account information.
In the case of agreed discounts, returned goods or cancelled prepaid goods, Pureleaf will reimburse the paid amount in full or partly. Reimbursements can be processed to the credit card used for payment or to a bank account provided by you.
