It is permitted to print or download pages for personal and non-commercial use. If you are in doubt about what is allowed, feel free to contact us with any questions.

The customer is responsible for the correct name, address and e-mail. You can pay with the following credit cards and payment methods: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Mobilepay and Klarna.


In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.


The amount will not be drawn from your card account until the goods are dispatched.


All prices are in DKK and include VAT. Prices for foreign purchases are in Euro.


PureLeaf uses encryption for credit card information through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This ensures that others cannot intercept the credit card number or other information during the transaction with NETS.


PureLeaf does not charge fees for using credit cards. 



PureLeaf applies Danish law.



PureLeaf endeavours to ship orders received before 12:00 on the same day.


Orders received after 12.00, will be shipped the following day. Currently, we only offer shipping to Denmark, rest of Europe and the US. Pricing and conditions are listed below.


PureLeaf offers free delivery to parcel shop in all of Denmark

PureLeaf arranges delivery through GLS. Delivery to parcel shop is free of charge.


Additionally, Pureleaf offers delivery to business addresses at 29 kr. And delivery to private addresses at 39 kr.


In case of missing delivery, however, PureLeaf will process a replacement shipment free of charge.


Delivery in Denmark: normally 1-3 business days.


If you do not receive the ordered item within normal delivery, please contact us so that we can investigate the delivery.


You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at the time of purchase.


Delivery for Europe and US

For international deliveries within Europe or the US, PureLeaf arranges delivery through GLS (unless otherwise noted). Delivery within Europe is normally 3-5 business days. GLS deliver during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Delivery time for the US is on a case-by-case basis.


Delivery in Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Holland, Poland, Sweden, UK: 7 EUR.


Delivery in Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Norway, Portugal, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary: 11 EUR.


Delivery in Cyprus, Philippines, Cyprus, Greece, Monaco, Romania, USA (United States): 19 EUR.


The shipping costs for your country will display upon check-out.

You can check the status of your shipment through the Track & Trace number received at time of purchase.


Cancellation rights 

As a consumer, when you buy from us, you have a 14-day cooling-off period, in which you have the right to cancel the purchase. 


This cooling-off period expires 14 days after the day on which you received your goods. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you received the last item.


Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. You can send an e-mail to or make use of the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the end of the terms of business. 


You can also use our return label, which you will find and buy in the shop, fill in, print, and put it on your return package. Our return label costs 39 DKK (for customers in Europe or in the US the cost of returning goods is the same as delivery costs). You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time.


You must pay for the package to be returned, and you are responsible if damage occurs during transport.


When you have informed us that you are cancelling your purchase, you have 14 days in which to return the goods to us.

Cancelling part of the purchase

If you have bought more than one item from us, you may return one or several items, even if they were bought in a single order. Please note that freight charges will not be refunded if you cancel part of your purchase.


The condition of the returned item

If the value of the article is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the article and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you. The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the article, and in certain cases this may mean that only the freight charges can be refunded. We recommend that you return the article in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the article.


Refund of the purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (which does not apply, however, to extra delivery costs if you have chosen a form of delivery other than the cheapest standard form of delivery which we offer), not later than 14 days from the day when we have received your notification that you want to cancel the agreement.

We will return the money by the same means of payment which you used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

We can withhold payment until we have received the item unless you send us proof of having returned it.

Special rules for the right of withdrawal apply to sales to traders. See individual contract for details.


Right of Complaint

When you trade with us as a consumer, the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
This means that you have a right to complain within 24 months. Please contact us before you return the article.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you may either have the item repaired or replaced, or your money refunded, or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered a defect. If you complain within two months after the defect has been discovered, it will always be regarded as within a reasonable time.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your freight costs (within reason). The article must always be retuned in suitable packaging. Remember also to obtain a receipt for dispatch, so that we can pay back your freight costs.

Please note that goods cannot be delivered personally at our premises. We will only accept packages sent directly to this address.


When you return the article, please attach a detailed description of the problem.  To expedite the refund process, we request that returned goods contain sufficient information, such as order confirmation, any correspondence and account information.


RULES for PureLeaf warranty:


1) Excluding the guarantee – This Certificate does not cover:

1.1. Changes in color and brightness of the product, which can happen over time and accelerate with the contact of the product with perfumes, shampoos, soaps, sea water, salt air or abrasive products in general;

1.2. Damage to parts of the product caused by misuse of the product, which can be generated by situations such as: falls, handling with excessive pressure or any other type of impact that has enough strength to break parts of the product;


2) Guarantee invalidity: the guarantee is automatically invalid if:

2.1. The product suffers any damage due to accidents external to this Certificate, such as misuse or damage caused by accidents of nature (flood, salt air, etc.);

2.2. Use of any chemical product to clean the product, such as acetone, toothpaste, creams, alcohol, among others.


3) Conservation tips:

3.1. Wear your biojewels just 10 minutes after using creams, makeups, deodorants and perfumes on your body;

3.2. Avoid friction between pieces, both in use and in storage;

3.3. Never apply hair dyes using the biojewels;

3.4. Avoid dives in the sea or in swimming pools using your biojewels, as both salt air and chlorine can produce color changes in your pieces.

Personal data policy 

We need the following information when you shop with us:

Name, address, telephone number and email address.


We register and pass on the personal information that is necessary to be able to deliver the item to you. We do not pass on your information to other companies unless we clearly state what information we pass on, why and to whom.


The personal information is registered with Pure Leaf ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. In addition, we collaborate with other companies that store and process data. The companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.


We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your information with adequate protection.

You have the right to be informed of what information we process about you.


If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we have a duty to delete your personal data if you request it. It can be if your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which we were to use it.
